In 2017 our website publicized a number of causes, including two consultations of interest to both older people and carers workind with older people.

User Voice consultation
(this consultation has ended)

Wiltshire Council Adult Health & Social Care are engaging with people who use adult health and social care services.

A number of contracts come to an end in 2018 and so over the next few months they will be reviewing thier commissioning intentions, procurement model and total budget for user engagement and coproduction within adult care.

As part of that review they intend to consult with people who use adult health and social care services about their experience of engagement with them. By ‘engagement’ they mean the opportunity to have input into adult care work such as policy changes, strategies and service development by, for example, completing surveys, attending workshops, and formal meetings.

This consultation is an opportunity to influence what any future engagement service/s we commission might look like.

An easy-read explanation of the consultation process can be downloaded here

A consultation questionnaire is available to complete online on Wiltshire Council's website.

(The survey was originally available here but you can still read about the consultation here) .
